Eden grew up in Southern California. She was diagnosed with Type ONE Diabetes at TEN years old and she loves the beach, hiking, roller skating and anything active. She is currently going to school and working on obtaining a degree in Kinesiology (the study of human movement). Yoga has been her biggest passion since she was first introduced to it in a community college.. After the class ended she knew from that point on that she wanted to be an instructor. The physical benefits and spiritual philosophy of yoga have helped her to better manage her Diabetes as well as equipped her with the skills to avoid the anxiety and depression that came along with her lifelong disease. She attributes practicing and teaching yoga as the most helpful tool for decision making in her young adult life. She sees connecting the mind, body, and soul as so beneficial to anyone’s life that she just longs to share it with anyone she can. She loves being involved with the community and achieving success within it by bringing people closer to their optimal health-mental and physical, and closer to each other.
